hi! just wondering, do you know if james dean and elvis presley ever met? i’m reading a book about james dean that said they once played music together (james on his drums and elvis on his guitar) in a small cafe type thing before elvis got really famous. do you know if this is true? :/

As far as I know they never met. If that IS true, it either wasn’t officially recorded or wasn’t relevant to most biographers (which would be CRAZY because this combo would have been the cat’s pajamas). Elvis has said how much he looked up to and and admired Jimmy as a person and as an actor, but I’m not sure he ever had the pleasure of meeting him :(
